NaShona supports practical, community-centered public safety solutions that address violence while also investing in prevention, youth opportunities, mental health resources, and economic stability. She believes strong communities are built through both accountability and opportunity.

Affordable Housing & Healthcare

Baltimore families deserve stable housing, accessible healthcare, and the ability to thrive in their communities. NaShona supports expanding affordable housing opportunities, protecting residents from displacement, improving access to healthcare services, and ensuring families can access the essential resources they need to live healthy and secure lives.

Police Accountability & Ending ICE

Public trust must be earned through transparency, accountability, and fairness. NaShona supports policies that strengthen oversight and accountability while building healthier relationships between communities and law enforcement.

She also believes Baltimore families should not live in fear of separation due to immigration enforcement. NaShona supports ending local cooperation with ICE and protecting immigrant families, ensuring all residents are treated with dignity, respect, and humanity.

Community Investment

Strong communities require strong investment. NaShona supports expanding opportunities for young people, strengthening public schools, supporting local businesses, improving neighborhood resources, and increasing access to programs that help families succeed. She believes District 45 deserves continued investment that uplifts every neighborhood and creates opportunity for future generations.
